Purpose & Scope
The LA ANG seeks to replace existing Emulated SIP (BVoIP) circuits with direct SIP trunks to support the 159th Fighter Wing and its Geographically Separated Units (GSUs) 24/7/365. The contractor will provide all labor, tools, facilities, materials, and services for local access to designated circuit demarcation points. Solutions must be compatible with the Government's current infrastructure without additional expense.
Key requirements include:
- 159th Fighter Wing, NAS JRB New Orleans: 48 concurrent call paths, 620 DIDs (transition/port existing).
- 236th CBCS, Hammond, LA: 12 concurrent call paths, 100 DIDs (transition/port existing).
- 259th ATCS, Alexandria, LA: 12 concurrent call paths, 60 DIDs (transition/port existing).
- Jackson Barracks, New Orleans, LA: 12 concurrent call paths, 60 new DIDs (new installation). Services must ensure 99.9% availability per site and comply with FCC, PUC, DoD, and AF standards. Outage response and restoration times are specified, including 1-hour response for all outages and restoration within 8 hours for emergency outages.
