Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, management, supervision, and materials to support the OTSG/MEDCOM Clinical Support Program Office (C-SPO), Patient Administration Division (PAD), and DES Program Office. Key support areas include:
- Strategic, operational, and tactical analysis, planning, and implementation for DES solutions.
- Enhancing communication, capability building, evidence-based decision-making, fostering a healthy work environment, and patient advocacy.
- Generating management reports, tracking DES cases, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Assisting with congressional inquiries regarding Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) activities.
- Supporting policy drafting, data management for IDES cases, and administrative functions for the DES Program Office medical advisor.
- Providing support to the Medical Evaluation Board Tracking Office (MEBTO) in San Antonio, including MEB validation, tracking, and coordination.
