Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and OEM-certified technical services for a one-time maintenance and repair of the Government-owned SEM Disintegrator Model 23/4 in Building 4486, Fort Drum, NY. Key services include:
- Installation of OEM V-belts, exclusively supplied by Security Engineered Machinery (SEM).
- Exchange of a complete set of OEM cutting knives, exclusively supplied by SEM, with an additional set provided for future maintenance.
- System calibration and full operational testing.
- A comprehensive OEM maintenance inspection to determine the machine's working and safe condition, including recommendations for future maintenance and repairs. All work must restore the system to full operational capability.
