Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide repair and maintenance services for the SEM Disintegrator Model 23/4.

• A one-time, OEM-certified maintenance service for the SEM Disintegrator Model 23/4, located in Building 4486, Camp Swift Rd, Fort Drum, NY 13602. The service is to be completed no later than April 30, 2026.

• Installation of OEM V-Belts, exclusively supplied by Security Engineered Machinery (SEM).

• Exchange of a complete set of OEM cutting knives for the SEM Disintegrator Model 23/4, exclusively supplied by SEM. The contractor must also provide a set of knives for future maintenance as per OEM standards.

• Performance of a maintenance inspection to determine the machine's working and safe condition, with recommendations for future maintenance and repairs.

• Location: Building 4486, Camp Swift Rd, Fort Drum, NY 13602.

• Completion Deadline: No later than April 30, 2026.

• Contractor must contact the Government Point of Contact (POC) for questions. POC details will be provided at award.

• Contractor is responsible for verifying all work aspects, including measurements and jobsite conditions, before starting.
