Additional Notes
- FMS Portion: For the FMS portion of this procurement, the requirement for DFARS clause 252.211-7003 "Item Unique Identification and Valuation" is deleted for non-CLSSA FMS spares. These assets are wholly owned by FMS customer countries, not covered by CLSSA, and will never be delivered to DoD or entered into the DoD supply chain.
