- Inspection & Testing: The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and maintaining records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
- Packaging: Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD 2073.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must provide a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair effort, including an estimated repair price and the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation purposes. Quotes must specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements.
Vendors will have 90 days after receipt of carcasses to complete a teardown & evaluation (TD&E) and submit an FFP quote. The requested Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) is 180 days, with price reductions incurred for failure to meet this timeframe. Award will be based on solicitation requirements.
