To provide for the disposal of bio waste for the Baumholder Military Community, USAG Rheinland-Pfalz, in accordance with applicable U.S. and German laws and regulations.

• Provide non-personal services for the disposal of waste food and bio waste.

• Includes pick-up, transportation, and disposal of bio waste.

• Services are to be performed on a regular basis (at least three times a week, with a minimum of 156 pick-ups per year) and on an "on-demand" basis (estimated three service calls per year).

• Pick-up points and types of waste are detailed in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2.

• Contractor shall provide all necessary collecting containers, which must be moveable, have well-sealing lids, and be cleaned to a minimum of 70°C hot water.

• Pick-up, transportation, and handling services for waste food at least three times a week.

• Scheduled service date for on-demand services to be within 15 working days of government contact.

• Bio waste disposal services during regular DPW working hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Contractor must comply with Installation Access Control requirements and provide an Initial Installation Pass Log.

• Contractor personnel must undergo Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I Training, OPSEC Training, and iWATCH Training.

• Contractor personnel must be identifiable with badges.

• Contractor must safeguard Government equipment and property.

• Contractor must comply with environmental protection directives and German law.
