The NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) requires the purchase of a Distran Ultra Pro X Max system to support mission-critical diagnostic and safety operations. This system must provide proprietary ultrasonic imaging capabilities not commercially available elsewhere.

• Procurement of one (1) Distran Ultra Pro X Max system.

• The system includes:

  • 1 sensor Ultra Pro X Max, ready to use
  • 1 flight case, 2 batteries, and 1 charger
  • 2 years warranty for the camera (6 months for batteries and accessories)
  • Standard software updates
  • Access to Audalytics Bronze: Online data processing and reporting platform with up to 20GB data storage and 18 months data retention.

• Place of Performance: NASA/ Kennedy Space Center, Kennedy Space Center, FL 32899.

• Period of Performance: 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing (email) to Monica Wilson at monica.d.wilson@nasa.gov no later than 4/22/2026 by 1:00 p.m. CT. Telephone questions will not be accepted.

• The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

• Offers not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from further consideration.

• This procurement is set aside for small business.

• Offerors shall be registered at www.sam.gov to be considered for award.
