Amendment 0002 extends the proposal due date, provides responses to PPIs, and adds FAR 52.240-1 to the solicitation. In accordance with Section 00 22 16, Instructions to Proposers, offerors are required to submit proposals via the PIEE Solicitation Module. See updated Attachment. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The purpose of the Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) MACC is to execute sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects, alteration, demolition, repair, and new construction or expansion of any type of facilities or real property assets, including waterfront or airfields facilities. Projects will be executed through firm-fixed-price (FFP) Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build task orders. Work will be performed at CLDJ; Camp Simba and Manda Bay Kenya; and Somalia.
