This document is a price schedule for the "Columbus TT OP" opportunity, detailing the items to be procured and their associated quantities. It is intended for bidders to use when preparing their pricing proposals.

• CLIN 0001: Turret Truck (2 units required), with 1 additional battery per unit.
• CLIN 0002: Order Picker (2 units required).
• CLIN 0003: Training for up to 20 Warehouse Employees (1 instance required).
• All CLINs currently show an estimated price of 0.0, indicating that specific pricing is to be filled in by the bidder.

Bidders must use this price schedule to enter their proposed pricing for each CLIN. The quantities are fixed, and the bidder is responsible for providing the unit and extended prices. This document is critical for proposal submission and will likely be a key component of the evaluation process.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To acquire new industrial equipment, specifically Order Pickers and Turret Trucks, for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services (DS) Columbus.

This contract is a one-time Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase of new equipment only. The contractor shall purchase and deliver:

• CLIN 0001: Two (2) Order Pickers with the following key characteristics:

  • Minimum 3,000lb lifting capacity.
  • Minimum 274" lift height, maximum collapsed height of 142".
  • Maintenance-free battery system (SLA, Gel, Lithium-ion, TPPL) with charger per unit.
  • Capable of operating in 60" wide narrow aisles.
  • Operator platform with safety rails and harness points.
  • Pallet Lock Mechanism for standard 40x48 pallet.
  • Two durable 40x48 skids per unit.
  • Backup alarm, horn, blue way-light for reverse.
  • Keypad ignition with multiple PIN entries.
  • Compliance with OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
  • Includes battery, charger, PDF operator manual, two keys, and maintenance toolkit.

• CLIN 0002: Two (2) Turret Trucks with railing system and maintenance-free battery, including familiarization training.

  • Minimum 3,000lb lifting capacity.
  • Rail guide capable for 60" wide rails within a 69" racking system.
  • Minimum 274" lift height, maximum collapsed height of 142".
  • Turret capability to left and right.
  • Maintenance-free battery system with charger and one additional battery per unit for alternating charging. Battery removable by portable changer, max weight 3800 lbs.
  • Operator platform with seat, safety rails, and harness points. Seat design allows seated, standing, and ¾ seated positions.
  • Backup alarm, horn, blue way-light for reverse.
  • Keypad ignition with multiple PIN entries.
  • Compliance with OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
  • Includes battery, charger, PDF operator manual, two keys, and maintenance toolkit.

• CLIN 0003: Manuals and Familiarization Training

  • One digital and one hard copy of Operator and Maintenance/Service Manuals per machine.
  • Familiarization training video.
  • On-site training for up to 20 employees within 14 business days of delivery, covering startup, maintenance, safety, operation, and limitations.

• Delivery Period: 12 months from Task Order (TO) receipt, extendable by the Contracting Officer (KO) for extenuating circumstances.

• Destination: DLA DS Columbus, 3990 E Broad St, Bldg. 30, Bay 1, Columbus, OH 43213.

• New Equipment Only: No remanufactured or "gray market" items.

• Unique Identification: Equipment must have a DoW item unique identification (IUID).

• Delivery & Handoff: Contractor must be present for delivery, assist with unloading/assembly if required, and conduct an inspection with USG personnel. DD250 form completion and submission via WAWF required prior to acceptance.

• Warranty: Manufacturer's standard warranty, access to technical support, and spare parts availability for at least 5 years. Warranty begins upon completion of familiarization training.

• Setup: Equipment must be set up and operational within ten (10) business days after delivery.

• Advance Notice: At least ten (10) business days advance notice required for delivery and training.

• Spill Responsibility: Contractor is solely responsible for all spills during performance, including clean-up at no cost to the USG.

• Invoicing: Via DoW WAWF system per DFARS 252.232-7003.

• This is a one-time Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

• The KO may extend the delivery period upon written request from the Contractor detailing reasons for delay and supporting documentation.
