The agency is specifically seeking small businesses with an operational production plant, pilot plant, prototype plant, or scalable processing capability within the United States for manufacturing or supporting future production of aerospace-grade N204. Capabilities sought include:
- Production of various N204 grades.
- Compliance with military, aerospace, safety, transportation, purity, and quality assurance standards.
- Packaging, bulk storage, hazardous materials transportation, and lot traceability.
- Testing and certification capabilities per MIL-PRF-26539G w/Amendment 1.
