Scope of Work
This effort requires non-personal services and qualified personnel to assist DLA J345. Key areas of support include:
- Data Analysis and Support: Identifying and eliminating root causes of data issues within transportation and financial systems (TPPS, DSS, WMS, GFM, LTS, TGET).
- TPPS Maintenance and System Analysis: Providing expert-level support for the DoD-approved TPPS, including configuration, report development, and user training.
- Financial Analysis and Audits: Conducting financial analysis, special studies, and research to identify incorrect or unauthorized uses of funds, and providing full visibility of transportation financial execution data.
- Audit Support: Providing contractor processes and documentation relevant to DLA's financial statement audits, including assurance on control effectiveness (e.g., SOC 1 Type 2 reports).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Logistics Tools Suite (LTS), Syncada, TGET, Government Accounting processes, and Transportation Working Capital Fund (TWCF) Billing.
- Problem Resolution: Ability to perform research, critical analysis, and problem resolution for EDI 858 shipment transactions, DLA WMS technical issues, and TPPS data issues.
