- Delivery and patient training/instruction-in-the-use of DME at beneficiaries' residences.

- Maintenance of a climate-controlled storage facility of at least 7,000 sq ft.
- Qualified, trained, and certified personnel.

Contract Details
- Type: Multiple Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
- Period of Performance: One (1) base year (August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027) and four (4) one-year option periods.
- Minimum Guarantee: $12,500 per contract.
- Total Maximum Value (Ceiling): $5,596,000 across all contracts (base and all option periods combined).
