Request for Information (RFI) – Sources Sought

This RFI is issued by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office to conduct market research for Daily Commute (DC) student bus transportation services for the Hohenfels Military Community in Germany. This is for research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation.

Services include providing all personnel (drivers, safety attendants), supervision, and equipment for student transportation, complying with DoDEA and Host Nation requirements. The anticipated period of performance starts August 1, 2026. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached and subject to change.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide student transportation services for the Hohenfels School Complex, ensuring the safety and efficient transport of students.

• Provide all necessary personnel, including drivers and safety attendants, along with services, supplies, and equipment for student transportation.

• Services must comply with DoDEA and Host Nation requirements.
