The Office of Justice Programs is hosting an Industry Day specifically for an anticipated FY19 Communications and Customer Service (CACS) requirement at their Federal Office Building in Washington DC.

The Industry Day will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 1300 - 1400 EST. Please reference Attachment 1 for more details regarding this event and registration.

Following the CACS Industry Day, OJP requests Vendors submit their capability statements and answers to our Requested Information as outlined in Attachment 2. OJP is looking for Industry Best Practice recommendations and solutions for this FY19 CACS forcasted effort.
