Submittal & Evaluation
Interested contractors must submit a Firm Fixed Price Proposal, Construction Schedule, Bill of Materials, Product Data/Technical Specifications, Quality Control Schedule, Project Safety Plan, evidence of at least three similar projects within the last five years, and a minimum 10-year installation guarantee.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, based on technical compliance with the Statement of Work, relevant past performance, and price. Offerors must possess authorization to operate and do business in the Czech Republic.
