Scope of Work

This work is specifically for the Multifunction Anechoic Chamber (MAC) located in Bldg. 1530 at NSWCDD. The Government will provide access to the chamber and is responsible for preparing the existing facility and core infrastructure. The work is unclassified, and contractor technicians will be assigned an escort. Contractor travel is required and must be coordinated with the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), limiting trips and personnel to the minimum necessary.

Evaluation & Eligibility
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors must be authorized resellers or distributors of products manufactured by Panashield, Inc. (now Braden Shielding Systems, LLC) and are required to provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming this authorization. Quotations submitted without such documentation may not be considered for award. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
Additional Notes
All costs, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariff or duty charges, must be included in the quoted price. No additional costs may be added after award.
