- Dedicated Wireless High-Speed Internet: Reliable connectivity for at least 270 concurrent users in 6 large plenary and breakout rooms, independent of the venue's standard Wi-Fi.
- Onsite Technical Support: Qualified personnel for setup, event days, and strike to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Government Equipment Compatibility: Ability to connect government-provided computer equipment to AV devices.
- Equipment Provision: Supply and manage specific AV equipment, including 2 large screens (min 9'x16'), 2 medium screens (min 8'x8'), 4 projectors, 4 PowerPoint slide remotes, 1 large speaker monitor, at least 10 extension cords, 2 wireless microphones, 5 wired microphones with stands, and 1 wireless lapel microphone.

Evaluation
