Scope of Work
This project involves the removal and disposal of approximately 416 existing non-compliant surveillance cameras and associated equipment. The contractor will then install a new NDAA/TAA compliant IP-based camera surveillance system and environmental sensors across 18 dormitory buildings. Key tasks include:
- Installation of approximately 630 new surveillance cameras (internal 5 MP, external 4K), 57 exterior cameras, and 706 new environmental sensors (detecting VOCs, PM2.5, temperature, humidity).
- Installation of new CAT 6A cabling and power/electrical outlets.
- Configuration of camera Fields of View (FOVs) and provision of two Viewing Stations with 85-inch monitors.
- System training for Dormitory Management Staff, 60 CES ITEC, and 60 CS personnel.
- All installed components must be FIPS 140-2 rated, utilize a FedRAMP Ready cloud platform, and have a minimum 5-year manufacturer's warranty. UPS systems must provide at least four hours of backup runtime.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
- Period of Performance: 120 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
- Place of Performance: Travis AFB Dormitory Campus, 60 CES IT office (building 899), and 60th Communications Squadron (building 243) in Linda, CA.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside.
- Special Requirements: Compliance with NDAA Section 889, all equipment must be NDAA/TAA compliant. Contractor must provide qualified network engineering personnel, including at least one Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) on staff. 60 CS approval is required for all proposed equipment. Contractor personnel will require base access, subject to identity proofing, vetting, and specific security requirements outlined in Attachment 5.
