• Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor. Technical Capabilities are considered equal to Price.

  • Part I (Technical Capabilities): Quote must meet the service description in the SOW.
  • Part II (Price): Lowest priced technically acceptable vendor will be awarded.

• Evaluation Method: Quotes will be sorted by price (lowest to highest). Only the three lowest quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptance.

• The government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct them.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure and install gaming tables and arcade machines for all dorms at Whiteman AFB, MO.

• Provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, vehicles, and equipment necessary to remove and install gaming tables and arcade machines.

• Purchase and install 3 pool tables (8' length), 4 video arcade machines, and 3 air hockey tables (8' length).

• Pool tables: 1" slate top, solid hardwood frame with cross beams, wool/nylon blend felt.

• Arcade machines: Standing units (30"w x 66"H x 35"D), multi-game capable, non-coin operated or overrideable for free resident use.

• Air hockey tables: Commercial grade, solid aluminum or thick nylon rink walls, sturdy base with steel or wood laminate legs and levelers, high output UL approved motor, electronic scoring with infrared sensors.

• Work to be performed Monday-Friday, 0730 to 1600.

• Contractor responsible for site cleanliness and waste disposal.

• Delivery requires a minimum of 120 hours' notice.

• Contractor must supply a list of employees requiring base access at least 3 weeks in advance.

• Installation at various dorms at Whiteman AFB, MO.

• Contractor responsible for protection of grounds, buildings, and equipment.
