This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial commodity, specifically "Dorm Key and Core replacement." This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

• Procurement of "Dorm Complex Key and Core replacement."

• The contractor shall provide new combined cores, uncombined cores, keys cut to FAFB specs, Key blanks, and a code file to import to FAFB key management program.

• The contractor shall include all shipping costs to Fairchild AFB, WA.

• Delivery is expected within a specified number of days ADC (Actual Delivery Time to be provided by the contractor).

• Contract type is Firm Fixed Priced.

• Period of Performance is to be determined after award, with delivery within a specified number of days ADC.

• FOB: Destination.

• Quotes are due by 21 May 2026, 10:00 AM PT.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to SrA Chase Polit (chase.polit@us.af.mil) and Kathleen Rauch (kathleen.rauch@us.af.mil).

• Offers must include a technical description of the items and complete the CLIN pricing table.

• The government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, considering price and SPRS (Supplier Performance Risk System).

• Evaluation factors include Price and SPRS IAW DFARS 252.204-7604.

• The government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced quote.

• Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 30 calendar days from the offer receipt date.

• This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

• All vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

• NAICS code: 332510 (Hardware Manufacturing), size standard of 750 employees.

• PSC code: 5340 Hardware, Commercial.

• Questions pertaining to this RFQ are due by 14 May 2026 / 10:00 AM PT.
