Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for "New Dorm Lighting" prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. It constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• The contractor shall provide "New Dorm Lighting" in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics and Pricing Schedule.

• The contractor shall include all shipping costs to Fairchild AFB, WA.

• The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Priced.

• The government intends to issue a Purchase Order from this solicitation.

• The government does not intend to incorporate options.

• RFQ Due Date/Time: 23 April 2026, 10:00 AM PT. Submit signed and dated offers via email to SSgt Alexis Grimes and Sarah O'Neil.

• Offer Acceptance Period: Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 30 calendar days from the RFQ due date.

• Evaluation Factors: The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous, considering Price and SPRS (Supplier Performance Risk System).

• This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 335139 (Electric Lamp Bulb and Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing), size standard of 1,250 Employees.

• All prospective offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference, accessible at www.acquisition.gov.

• Attachments referenced include: Salient Characteristics, Pricing Schedule, and Air Force Specific Terms and Conditions.

• Quotes shall include pricing for all items in the Pricing Schedule and unit prices shall not exceed two decimal places.

• Electronic versions of all documents must be provided with quotes if mailed or hand-delivered. .zip files are not acceptable, and emails over 10 MB will not be processed.
