The President recently issued the following executive orders: Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing (Jan. 20 2025), Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions (Jan. 20 2025), and Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity (Jan. 22 2025). The Department of State (DoS) intends to take immediate action, to the extent permitted by law, to implement these and any subsequent Executive Orders and memorandums.
