• C-17 Aircraft Services: Towing, preparation, pre-wash, post-wash/lubrication/restoration, exterior wash, clear water rinse, interior cleaning (major, flight station, troop compartment, cargo compartment, underfloor), landing gear wash & lube, large area cleaning, special area wash, HSC inspection wash and de-panel, component/equipment wash, and tear down/install equipment.

• General Services: Environmental compliance, facility maintenance, and emergency services.

• Management services will be sampled, with no more than 1 unacceptable service (including QA evaluations and customer complaints) within a 30-day period.

• Aircraft wash and flightline cleaning services will be sampled at 20%, with no more than 2 unacceptable services within a 30-day period.

• Emergency services will be sampled at 100%, with no unacceptable services per month.

• Environmental compliance requires no violation notices.

Services are to be performed at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Specific locations include Hangar 706 and an outside wash rack. Wash operations may occur outside depending on hangar availability and weather.
