Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, facilities, and transportation for elevator maintenance. Services include:
- Comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance for one (1) Dover Hydraulic Passenger Elevator.
- Monthly inspections and adjustments.
- Annual safety device testing.
- Emergency repair services with a six (6) working hour response time and twenty-four (24) working hour completion.
- Maintenance, repair, and replacement of both basic (e.g., controller parts, wiring, door mechanisms) and major (e.g., motor, PC boards, pump unit) elevator components.
- All work must adhere to manufacturer's specifications and applicable Municipal, State, and Federal Regulations.

Special Requirements
- Personnel: All personnel must have at least five (5) years of direct experience servicing Dover Elevator equipment. Resumes are required for government approval.
- Materials: All replacement parts must be new, manufacturer-approved, and maintain the integrity of the original installation.
- Security: Contractor personnel must be U.S. Citizens, meet Selective Service requirements, and undergo a favorable Tier 1 fitness review and background investigation, including fingerprinting and obtaining government-issued identification badges/CACs.
- Safety: Strict adherence to Federal, State, OSHA, ASME, and AFOSH regulations is required.
Evaluation
Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, with technical acceptability defined by meeting Government specifications and part numbers. Payment requests will be submitted electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
