Scope of Work

The requirement is for a Dozer D4 with specific performance and operational characteristics:

• Hydraulic System: Standard flow ~23-25 GPM, system pressure 3,300-3,500 psi, integrated cooling, auxiliary hydraulics (front standard, rear optional), and ride control.
• Undercarriage & Tracks: 22-inch heavy-duty tracks, designed for high traction, flotation, and stability, with low ground pressure.
• Operator Station: Enclosed ROPS/FOPS cab with heating, A/C, pressurization, wide visibility, rearview camera, adjustable air suspension seat, electronic joystick controls, and a 10-inch tactile display. Includes heavy-duty cab protection.
• Electrical & Technology: 12-volt system, LED work lights, AM/FM/AUX/USB/Bluetooth radio, electronic engine air cleaner service indicator, flashing beacon, slope indicate, stable blade, traction control, third-party grade control ready, and backup alarm.
• Loader & Attachment Interface: Universal quick attach coupler, 10.5 ft wide blade, and a fixed ripper with 3 pockets.
• Safety Requirements: ROPS/FOPS certified cab (ISO 3471:2008/ISO 3449:2005 Level II), backup alarm, emergency exit window, seatbelt, and lift arm support strut.
• Training & Literature: Onsite operator training and 3 copies of operator, maintenance, and parts manuals are required.
