• Past Performance for Newer Businesses: For businesses without direct federal contract past performance, the Government will consider relevant experience from prior professional/project management experience, or subcontractor/teaming partner experience as part of the past performance evaluation. However, past performance as a prime contractor will be considered more relevant than as a subcontractor. Quoters with no recent/relevant past performance record will receive an "Unknown Confidence" rating, as defined in FAR Clause 52.212-2, Factor II.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for packing, loading, containerization, inventorying, and related services for personal property shipments for Department of Defense (DoD) personnel at Andros Island, Bahamas.

• The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials (except Government-furnished items) for outbound Household Goods (HHG) services.
