Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) hereby releases a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Network Services – AFRICOM/CENTCOM/EUCOM (NS-ACE) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), which will replace the current Global Network Services (GNS) contract (HC1013-16-D-0001, HC1013-16-D-0002, HC1013-16-D-0003, HC1013-16-D-0004, HC1013-16-D-0005, HC1013-16-D-0006, HC1013-16-D-0007, HC1013-16-D-0008).
The draft PWS is being provided to promote exchanges of information with industry. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or firm requirement. It shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No award will be made as a result of this draft PWS.
Comments in response to this draft PWS are voluntary and will not affect a vendor's ability to submit a proposal if a solicitation is released. Proprietary information shall not be submitted in response to this draft PWS, nor will the Government be liable for any improperly identified proprietary information. The Government may reach out for additional information or clarification, but responses from the Government are not mandatory.
Interested respondents should review the attached draft PWS. Information contained within the draft PWS is subject to change if a solicitation is released.
Comments in response to this draft PWS shall be annotated in the Comment Matrix File, which is attached to this posting. Feedback is due no later than 1000 CEST, 06 June 2025. Responses should be sent via email to kacee.l.copus.civ@mail.mil and paige.v.heimann.civ@mail.mil.
