Scope of Work (Draft PWS)
The MIOSS program requires I/O support services for MSTCs globally (CONUS and OCONUS). Key services include:
- Instructor-led training: For medical and non-medical personnel, including Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard.
- Training focus: Combat Medic (68W MOS) sustainment, non-Combat Medic (Tiers I and II), Medical Education and Demonstration of Individual Competence (MEDIC), and Combat Life Saver (CLS) training.
- Support activities: Didactic training, scenario development, exercise planning, management, and operator support for medical Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS).
- Maintenance: Operator-level maintenance on TADSS.
- Personnel: Appendix A indicates a requirement for 125 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) personnel across various military installations.
