Purpose & Scope
NOAA intends to procure commercially-produced satellite-based terrestrial and space weather data as a Data-as-a-Service model. This acquisition aims to operationalize and expand the use of commercial observation data to complement existing government systems, advance environmental monitoring, and improve weather forecasting, numerical modeling, space weather prediction, and decision support services. The scope covers seven Functional Categories, including Global Navigation Satellite System Radio Occultation (GNSS-RO), Microwave Sounders (MWS), and Multispectral Imagery.

Evaluation & Eligibility
