The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is pleased to provide the attached Commercial Platforms Initiative (CPI) draft solicitation to obtain commercial e-marketplace platforms that meet the objectives in Section 846 of the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act, Pub. L. 115-91. This draft solicitation defines the Government's requirements for multiple commercial e-marketplace platforms that can provide business-to-business (B2B) delivery and process orders made by various Federal entities via the Government Purchase Card (GPC).
