This amendment (0005) to Solicitation SPRDL1-24-R-0168 modifies the "Drive Assembly, Fan" opportunity by:

• Increasing Quantities: The base quantity is increased from 108 each to 484 each, and the option quantity is also increased from 108 each to 484 each.
• Modifying Clause FA60001 (252.211-7003) Item Unique Identification and Validation (JAN 2023): The "Item Description" for CLINs 0011-0015 has been updated to reflect "Drive Assembly, Fan Year 1" through "Year 5". Additionally, CLINs 0001AA and 0002AA are now described as "Drive Assembly, Fan Base" and "Drive Assembly, Fan Unexercised Option", respectively.
• Deleting Narratives: The narratives for FS6457 (Delivery Schedule for Delivery Orders) and MS7911 (Method of Price Evaluation) have been deleted.
• Adding Narratives: Narrative FS6051 (Delivery Schedule) has been added.
• Adding Clauses: The following clauses have been added:

This amendment (0002) modifies solicitation SPRDL1-24-R-0168 to restructure the contract from a 5-year long-term contract to a base and option contract.

Key changes include:

• Deletion of existing 5-year long-term contract CLINs (0011 through 0015).
