- Developing a creative concept aligned with the "FREEDOM 250" theme, including storyboarding, 3D simulation, and music synchronization.
- Technical preparation, including drone programming, lighting configuration, calibration, and testing.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance by obtaining all necessary permissions from authorities (DGCA, MoCA, ATC).
- Conducting site assessments, GPS mapping, geo-fencing, and establishing safety perimeters.
- Providing all necessary equipment, including a fleet of 500 GPS-enabled drones with high-intensity LED lighting per show.
- Managing logistics, safety, and on-ground infrastructure requirements.
