The email subject line must read: "FA465926QZ005 - Drone Parts for Grand Forks AFB." Acceptable attachment formats are .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xsls, or .xls. Firms should indicate their size relative to the NAICS standard, socio-economic status (SB, 8(a), SDVO, HUBZone), foreign-owned/controlled status, and any contemplated use of foreign national employees. All prospective contractors must be registered in SAM.
