Key Requirements / Deliverables
- Provide a high-quality, creative drone show utilizing approximately 300 drones.
- Show performance duration must be 10-15 minutes.
- Coordinate all aspects, including creative design, securing necessary permits from Thai authorities (NBTC, CAAT, BMA), and providing all drones and equipment.
- Secure a suitable launch area and manage event preparation.
- Deliver an animated preview by June 10, 2026, and a final preview show for approval by June 19, 2026.

Contract Details

- Pricing: In Thai Baht, inclusive of all labor, materials, overhead, profit, licenses, permits, insurance, administration, and transportation. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable.
- Set-Aside: Unrestricted.
- Optional services for additional drone shows are available.
Submission & Evaluation
- Quotations Due: April 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM (Bangkok local time).
- Submission Format: Electronically in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, not exceeding 25MB per file, in English.
- Questions Due: March 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Bangkok local time), submitted in writing to BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov.
- Award Basis: Lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.
- Evaluation Factors: Price, technical information, and contractor responsibility (financial resources, experience, organization, equipment, etc.).
Eligibility / Registration
- Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at www.sam.gov prior to submission.
- Offerors must have an established business with a permanent address in Thailand.
