• The contract is specifically for sample collection and mailing to a DAF-approved laboratory, not for performing the actual drug testing.
• Testing is exclusively for pre-employment purposes.
• The geographic scope is for all civilians in the USA, not limited to specific DoD/USSF installations or Washington D.C. Testing will be administered at DAF-approved labs near the candidate's location.
• An estimated 1,500 drug test samples per year are anticipated.
• Contractors will be responsible for managing labor, materials, and equipment for collection, documentation, medical review, and results reporting, while adhering to HIPAA requirements.

• Experience with Government civilian drug screening programs.
• Experience working with military service organizations.
• Possession of a GSA schedule contract. Vendors must also include company name, address, point of contact, Unique Entity ID, CAGE Code, NAICS Code (621511, size standard $41.5M), web page URL, state of company location, socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, SDVOSB), and ownership status.
