The system must be compatible with commercial Ultra-High solids coating systems meeting MIL-PRF-23236. Key components include a dual post air-operated elevator/ram, an air-operated feed pump (10:1 ratio, 1800 PSI, 3-GPM), a stainless steel drum lid with view port, a 3-bladed agitator, a 110-volt fluid heater (2300 watts) with temperature gauge and 25' cord, and a water/glycol heated jacket for the drum. The system requires pneumatic controls for elevator/ram operation and must include all necessary hoses, connections, and fittings.
