DRY-DOCK REPAIR OF MV KENNETH EDDY The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performing all operations required to make repairs to the vessel as specified herein. The Kenneth Eddy is a 3000 hp towboat that has a hull length of 125 ft - 1 in and width of 35 ft - 2 in. Displacement at 75 percent Tankage-453 L Tons. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary facilities for this contract and shall bear the expense of any movement of the towboat while it is at their facility and in their possession. Possession will start at the time when delivery is made by the Government to the Contractor site. Possession ends when the Government picks up the towboat from the Contractor site. All contract work shall be completed within 25 river miles of Paducah, Kentucky on the Ohio, Cumberland, or Tennessee Rivers. Any quotes received that require work to be performed outside of the 25 river miles will be considered nonresponsive.
