The evaluation will prioritize Technical Capability and Experience significantly over Price. Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days. Questions are due by May 1, 2026.

An amendment (A0001) has canceled the ship check for the CGC VENTUROUS. Instead, the CGC RESOLUTE (St. Petersburg, FL) and CGC VIGOROUS (Portsmouth, VA) are provided as alternate inspection vessels.
