Key areas include hull plating ultrasonic testing and preservation, preservation of appendages, propulsion shafting inspections and repairs, cleaning and preservation of tanks and voids, overhaul or renewal of sea valves and strainers, and inspection/service of the Controllable Pitch Propellers (CPP) system. Revision 1 of Attachment 2 specifically modifies Work Item 39 to include cropping and renewing 30 linear feet of S-3 and S-4 Stiffeners on the port side between frames 188-196 in the Steering Gear Room. All work must adhere to SFLC Standard Specifications.

Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted via email and include:
- A Cover Letter
- Technical Capability Submission (max 20 pages): Covering Technical Approach, Quality Control, Coating Plan, Technical Representation Plan, and Subcontract Plan.
- Experience Submission (max 5 pages): Detailing corporate experience on DOD or USCG vessels, structural repairs, preservation of critically coated surfaces, and drydocking.
- Past Performance Submission (max 3 pages): Up to three recent and relevant contracts.
- Price Schedule: To be completed using Attachment 1, Schedule of Services. Offerors must have an active SAM registration.
