Wage Determination

This document provides the Service Contract Act Wage Determination WD # 2015-4313, Revision 32, with a last revised date of April 29, 2026. It outlines the minimum wage and fringe benefit rates for various occupations in specific geographic areas.

• Applicability: This wage determination is applicable to contracts for services performed in the United States by individuals employed by contractors and subcontractors.
• Geographic Area: The determination specifically covers the State of Virginia, including the counties of Amelia, Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, King William, New Kent, Powhatan, Prince George, and Sussex.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To remove a large, defunct metal roof vent and repair the associated roof damage.

• Remove and dispose of the existing metal roof vent.

• Install new rafters and supporting components for plywood roof sheathing, requiring prior inspection (2 business days' notice).

• Enclose the roof opening with 5/8" plywood.

• Apply 15# felt paper over the plywood, ensuring proper lapping.

• Install 3-tab shingles that match the existing color and exposure.

• Frame the interior ceiling opening with 20-gauge steel studs.

• Install 5/8" mold-resistant gypsum wallboard.

• Finish the new wallboard and repair area to Level 4 IAW GA 214.

• Prime and paint the new GWB and repair area with white flat paint (2 coats).

• Provide a portable toilet.

• Quality Control: A Quality Control System Manager must be onsite when work is performed.
