Scope of Work

  • Install one handicapped operator per set of double doors in Building 47, as per plans.
  • Provide and install two "Wave type" touchless handicapped activators (light blue color) for each door.
  • Obtain power from nearby outlets; surface mounting of electrical conduit/wiring and battery power are prohibited.
  • For first-floor doors, install a "full lite kite" with internal mini blinds. This may require replacing the door slab, with the new door to be disposed of after lite kit removal and installation. Lite kits must be power coated.
  • Fill holes in wood/metal doors/frames and seal STC rated wall penetrations to match existing finishes.
  • Ensure all operator colors are silver.
