- Removing, disinfecting, and storing existing exercise equipment.

- Filling, grinding, polishing, and sealing approximately 725 SF of concrete floor.
- Preparing and painting approximately 1500 SF of walls to Level 4 IAW Gypsum Association 214.
- Removing and replacing cove base with black 4" material.
- Caulking around interior door frames and windows.
- Priming and painting all interior doors and frames (semi-gloss, two coats).
- Staining and sealing exterior bathroom doors.
- Providing and installing 10 new black mats (4'x8'x.5").
- Snaking the water fountain drain line, adding an escutcheon plate, and installing a new combination bottle filling station/water fountain with new PVC drain.
