UPDATE 3/26/2025: The draft solicitation has been released in the PIEE Soliciation Portal, and published to SAM.gov under the number HDTRA125RE007. The solicitation number has been updated as a result of DTRA's transition to a new contract writing system.
UPDATE 12/19/2024: Several draft requirements documents and a draft of Sections L and M of the solicitation have been posted for industry review. These are posted for industry awareness and in preparation for the solicitation release and no questions are being requested at this time.
The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) On-Site Inspection and Building Capacity Directorate (OB) is in the process of clearing documents for release to industry for the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Security Cooperation Engagement Program (CSCEP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinity Quantity (IDIQ) requirement. At this time the solicitation will not be released until the second quarter of fiscal year 2025. CSCEP’s mission is to provide, promote, assess, and develop the ability of partners and allies to respond to Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) incidents and support the CWMD mission globally to improve the national security of the United States and its allies and partners. CSCEP trains and equips Partner Nations (PN) to prepare for, protect from, and respond to WMD/CBRN incidents.
