Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide one (1) Epilog Pro 48 Dual Source 62 Watt Fiber MOPA, 120 CO2 Wattage Laser Engraver or an equal system, as detailed in the Statement of Need (SON). The required engraver must be new equipment and meet specific technical specifications, including:
- Work Area: 48" x 36" or larger.
- Z-Depth: 12.25" or greater.
- Laser Sources: Both a 120-watt air-cooled CO2 laser and a 50-watt air-cooled Fiber laser.
- Performance: 165 inches per second (IPS) engraving speed with 5G acceleration, up to 1200 dpi resolution.
- Software & Connectivity: Integrated camera system with two overhead cameras, job management software compatible with Windows, live preview, drag-and-drop, Ethernet, USB, and Wireless connectivity, and at least 1 GB onboard memory.
- Safety & Environment: Class 2 laser product, built-in air assist, and minimum 735 CFM ventilation. All freight, handling, and labor charges must be included. Delivery is to 350 Ragsdale BLDG 803, Travis AFB, CA 94535.

Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted electronically via email to both points of contact by the deadline. Offerors must complete the Vendor Information and Pricing section, and submit the Contractor Responsibility Verification form (Attachment 3) with supporting documentation. The government will not accept refurbished equipment. Offers must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the best value to the Government, considering:
- Price: Fair and reasonable.
- Past Performance: Satisfactory or above.
- Technical Requirements: Meeting or exceeding the Statement of Need. The government reserves the right to evaluate offers from lowest to highest price and may consider offers other than the lowest price technically acceptable if they provide additional benefits.
