Project Description
USACE DuAO requires comprehensive lawn maintenance for approximately 100,500 square feet across four quadrants of land located at 600 S. Lake Ave, Duluth, MN 55802. Services include lawn mowing, trimming, cleanup, aeration, fertilizing/pesticides, and spring/fall cleanup.
Purpose & Set-Aside
This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only; it is not a solicitation. The government seeks to determine the capabilities of both small and large businesses. Responses will help determine the procurement method, which may include a small business set-aside (in full or in part) or full and open competition. Response Requirements
Interested firms must complete the attached Sources Sought Survey and submit it via email. The survey requests company information (UEI, CAGE Code, socio-economic status), up to three relevant past project examples within the last ten years, a statement of capability, and information on subcontracting plans. Responses are limited to 5 pages and must be in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Email attachments ending in ".zip" or ".exe" are not permitted.
