• AMS / AMSC: Indicates the Acquisition Method Suffix and Acquisition Method Suffix Code.
• NAICS Code: Provides the North American Industry Classification System code relevant to the item.
• Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ): Government's estimate of annual demand.
• Quantity Price Break Ranges: Fields for vendors to enter their proposed quantity ranges and corresponding prices.
• Estimated Delivery in days: Vendor to provide estimated delivery time.
• Maximum Qty. / Maximum Qty. Delivery: Fields for vendors to specify maximum order quantities and their delivery timelines.
• Minimum Quantity: Indicates if a minimum quantity applies.
• Quantity Sensitive: Indicates if the items are quantity sensitive.
• Manufacturer Information: Fields to confirm if the vendor is the actual manufacturer and, if not, to provide the name and CAGE code of the actual manufacturer.
