Scope of Work

This contract requires the manufacture of DUST,COVER items according to Drawing 6237595-001 CAGE 53711. Key requirements include:

Manufacturing & Design: Adherence to material and physical specifications on Drawing 6237595.
Marking: In accordance with MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-1285, MIL-STD-454, or MIL-P-15024/5, as applicable.
Configuration Control: MIL-STD-973, Paragraph 5.4.8, for Engineering Change Proposals, Deviations, and Waivers.
Shelf Life: Items must have at least 85% shelf-life remaining upon receipt by the Government, as per DOD 4140.27-M and MIL-STD-129P.
Quality Assurance: Contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, with 100% visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspection of each DUST,COVER per Drawing 6237595. Government Source Inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is required.
