- Plans: The contractor is required to submit a Work Plan, Quality Control Plan (QCP), Accident Prevention Plan (APP), Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA), and a Chemical Spill Contingency Plan (CSCP).
- Compliance: Adherence to USACE Pest Management Program Implementation Instructions, OSHA standards, and Corps of Engineers’ Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1) is mandatory.
