Scope of Work
The A-E services will encompass project site investigation, complete detailed designs for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects, and construction management, including submittal reviews for institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities at Dyess AFB. - Title I (A & B) and/or Title II (C) Services.
- Field surveys, site investigations, technical studies, structural analyses, feasibility studies, and material studies.
- Environmental subsurface soil investigations and hazardous material surveys.
- Design document preparation, cost and schedule estimates, and construction progress monitoring.
- Developing design criteria, fact-finding studies, and environmental projects.
- Compliance with Local, State, National, and DOD standards (e.g., UFC, NFPA, ANSI, OSHA).
- Emphasis on sustainable design, energy efficiency, and waste minimization.
