Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the procurement, delivery, and stockpiling of 9,000 tons of Aggregate Base Course (ABC) material. Key requirements include:
- Material Specifications: Material must meet specific gradation standards as detailed in Table 1, conforming to ASTM E 11 (2024). Verification of compliance is required prior to delivery.
- Delivery: Deliveries must occur within 120 days from the date of award, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Daylight Time. A speed limit of 15 mph applies within the delivery area, and weight tickets are required for each delivery.
- Stockpiling: Material is to be stockpiled at the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge (GPS Coordinates: 33°20'00.01"N, 114°41'48.36"W).
